Railbird Creations is a U.S.-based nonprofit organized under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.

We maintain a strict separation between editorial judgment, advocacy work, and funding. Financial supporters do not receive editorial control, advance review, or veto power over our content.

All contributors are held to standards of accuracy, fairness, sourcing, and correction.

Founders, editors, and contributors are required to disclose actual or potential conflicts of interest. Relevant conflicts are disclosed to readers when applicable. We do not publish undisclosed sponsored content or pay-for-play coverage.

Railbird Creations is supported by memberships, individual donations, and mission-aligned grants or sponsorships. No single funder is permitted to exercise undue influence over our work.

As a 501(c)(6) organization, Railbird Creations engages in lawful advocacy and lobbying related to gaming policy, in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

AI tools may be used for research and editorial support, but all published content is reviewed and approved by human editors.
